Please note: All classes are suitable for all levels. Instructors welcome all participants prior to the beginning of class. If you are new, please come a few minutes early to speak with the instructor to help ensure the class is a positive experience.

All of our Signature Classes are included in your membership. Aeroflex reserves the right to change the exercise class schedule at any time. This includes the addition or deletion of classes, as well as change in instructors, class times and length of classes.
