Co-Ed

Our co-ed studio combines state-of-the-art Life Fitness weight equipment and cardio equipment.  All free weights are rubber coated, which sounds like a small thing but eliminating clanging of weights is just one more thing that we have thought of to ensure your workout at Aeroflex is a positive experience. 

The environment is signature to Aeroflex, which means you enjoy a clean facility, showers, availability of equipment, member etiquette, and towel service.  You can often hear members say that Aeroflex ‘feels like home’.  Your fitness success relies on how comfortable you are at your club and it is important to us that each of your visits to Aeroflex is a positive experience!
