CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Circuit- Combines a variety of exercises targeting specific muscle groups, along with cardiovascular, core, and balance-training exercises in stations set up around the room. Perfect for all levels, and a great opportunity for cross training.
Fusion- Combines fitness techniques borrowed from pilates, yoga and strength training disciplines. The moves are designed for mind/body type classes and the lighting is lowered to provide a soothing environment. All the major muscle groups are targeted, with a specific focus on the core muscles.
Pilates- A group pilates mat class that uses the body as a whole to strengthen, increase flexibility, and improve posture.
Rookie Sampler-A fun class perfect for all levels, with the entry level participants in mind. This is primarily a rookie spin class, with some added work with the other cardiovascular and muscle endurance training equipment.
Spin- A group cycling class full of hills, drills, sprints and a heart-pumping good time. Non-impact, and suitable for all levels. Spin passes are available 15 minutes prior to each class, on a first come first served basis.
Step- An energetic, choreographed and athletic class to improve your cardiovascular fitness and have a whole lot of fun. Low to medium impact, with just a bit of fancy footwork
Strength- A non-cardio class that targets strength and endurance of all major muscle groups. Excellent opportunity for instructor guided muscular training that is safe and effective.
Yoga- Learn specific techniques and poses, breathing and relaxation exercises. Focus is on development and integration of mind, body and spirit.
