Andrea’s Banana Bread

¼ cup Becel margarine
111g unsweetened apple sauce
1 cup raw sugar
4 egg whites
3 bananas
1 ¾ cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ cup milk chocolate chipits
¼ cup walnuts

Mix top 4 ingredients together and then add dry mixture. Pour into mini loaf tins or into muffin pan. Bake at 350 for approximately 25 minutes.

Athlete’s Cookies

1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. rolled oats
¼ c bran
1 tsp. Baking soda
½ c raw sugar
½ c. raisins
½ c. chocolate chips*
1 egg, medium or 2 egg whites
½ c. margarine, non-hydrogenated*
¼ c. natural peanut butter
1 tsp. Vanilla

Mix ingredients well. Form batter into balls (-2 tbsp) and slightly flatten onto baking sheet. Bake at 350 f for 12-14 minutes. Makes 26 cookies.
