All classes are 60 minutes, unless indicated otherwise.



Please note: All classes are suitable for all levels. Instructors do their best to welcome everyone and speak with new participants prior to the beginning of class. If you are new, please come 5 minutes early to speak with the instructor to help ensure the class is a positive experience.
